Light straw colour with notes of white peach, citrus and pineapple on the nose. The mouthfeel is rich and ripe and coupled with vibrant acidity.
Winemaker’s Note
Hand-harvested Chenin Blanc grapes were gently crushed and fermented in a combination of stainless steel tanks and large-format oak at controlled temperatures. The wine was matured on fine lees for several months, building texture and complexity before bottling.
